Erasmus studies
All students of Tallinn University of Technology have the opportunity to enhance their studies by spending at least a semester in one of the many partner universities of TalTech. It is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable international experience, develop both academically and professionally and improve foreign language skills.
Erasmus+ is the new EU programme for Education, Training, Youth, and Sport for 2014-2020. The Erasmus+ programme aims to boost skills and employability, as well as modernising Education, Training, and Youth work.

Erasmus+ experience:
Erasmus Student Charter highlights your rights and obligations and informs you about what you can expect from your sending and receiving organisation at each step of your mobility.
Erasmus+ studies – Exchange studies at TalTech partner universities within the European Union, the candidate countries and selected non-EU countries that have joined the programme (Norway, Iceland, Lichtenstein, Turkey). Tuition fees are waived by both sending and receiving universities and all participants of the programme receive the Erasmus+ scholarship.
Erasmus+ placements – Erasmus programme offers scholarships for placements abroad in EU countries and other European countries that have joined the programme. Internship in companies and organisations in these countries has to match the field of the applicant’s studies and last between 2 and 6 months.
For the feedback of former Erasmus students take a look at the results of the Erasmus Student Network (ESN) Surveys. The ESN Survey is the biggest regular European research project planned and carried out entirely by students for students.
