Nike+ Training Club Challenge 2017: Stop exercising. Start Training.
It’s possible to develop physical abilities of every athlete*. Progress depends on goal setting. Goal orientated training process is what differs training from exercising.
Exercising is a random act of sport that you do once or twice a week. Training is a year around dedication to get and be better. Exercising means doing the same movements again and again, wishing for a result. Training means a versitile plan, that takes you closer to your goals.

Join Nike+ Training Club Challenge
Nike+ training Club Challenge is a 2,5-month long motivational program put together by Nike and TTÜ trainers. Each attended N+TC training gives you one stamp on your voucher. That voucher will give you discounts and surprises from Nike and TTÜ. Challenge begins on 13th March.
What kind of discounts are waiting for you?
10 trainings = -15%
20 trainings = -30%
30 trainings = -40%
40 trainings = -50%
* Discount will be taken off the full price
* Discount will expire on 19.07
* Voucher can be used for only once for one discount (purchase can include as many items as you want).
* Discount can be used in Nike Viru and Ülemiste Center stores.
How to participate?
Pick out the trainings you want to attend - there are at least one N+TC class per day, some days even two!
Come to the class and ask the trainer for your personal voucher/stamp card
Make sure you collect your stamp right after each class
Each week you have the possibility to take part in Strength, Endurance and Mobility trainings. Timetable has been built up on the principles that if you are interested in training every day, you get a good balance between different types of trainings. We also focus on recovery and giving our bodies time to rest. Challenge gives you the possibility to take part in 50 regular N+TC classes (you get one stamp per day/training) but there’s also an opportunity to score extra stamps for different events - next event to get extra stamp for is 19.03 NTC Day (Saku Suurhall).

What is N+TC?
Nike+ Training Club is a group training inspired by proffessional sports. They system has been built up in USA by the Nike Performance Council, it encourages athletes* to work systematically and value the importance of recovery and rest during training period. The amount of trainings is not as important as the the balance between different styles and training loads. N+TC Challenge will last until the end of the semester so the duration will be 2,5 months.
In order to monitor your own progress, athletes* will execute series of physical tests every 2-weeks, that will give a good overview of their progress. The test consists of 5 basic exercises (push up’s, V-ups, burpees, line-to-line run and standing forward bend) - everything in your own pace! Test are happening as it follows:
