24/7 study room/night library
The 24/7 study room/night library in room LIB-120, located on the first floor of the TalTech library building, offers opportunities for independent coactivities outside the fixed lecture times and even after the library is closed.
The room that is open around the clock is for all TalTech staff members and students for study and research purposes. It is possible to have group work, discussions, interviews, consultations, etc. in the room. 14-20 people can simultaneously use the room.
The study room has video surveillance. However, room users are responsible for their personal belongings and the equipment in the room, as well as for clean and quiet surroundings.
TalTech members can access the room with an Estonian Student Card (ESC), ISIC or ITIC card, or with a TalTech staff card.
It is always possible to enter and exit the room via the exterior door on the Akadeemia tee side of the library building. The interior door next to the cafeteria in the library entrance hall can also be used during university opening hours.
The room is equipped with Wi-Fi, six computer workplaces, and two areas for group work. TalTech Uni-ID or Estonian ID-card can be used to log in to computers. Unplugging and modifying computer cables is not allowed.
There is a print/ copy device to use Print in City services.

Encyclopaedias and dictionaries on the reference works shelf can be used to quickly find information, but are for in-room use only.
Help with searching from databases and other issues is offered in person by a reference librarian on the 2nd floor of the library or by calling 620 3553 or writing info at lib dot ttu dot ee.
